My Day
Your tasks, habits, and calendar in one timeline, up to thirty days ahead.
More about thisBALAY asks how you are, then shows you the tasks that fit. On a flat day, resting counts. On a good one, it stays out of the way.
Free plan, no card needed. iPhone, iOS 17 and later.
You won't. Some mornings you can move a mountain and some you can't answer an email. A plan built on an average day breaks on the days either side of it, and by the third broken week the app comes off the phone.
BALAY starts somewhere else. It asks how you are first, and the plan follows from there.
Have a go. Nothing here is saved, and nothing here counts.
Five states, named rather than numbered. Two taps and you're done.
Your tasks sort by the energy they take, so the ones you can actually start today come to the top.

Whatever you do counts towards your day. Whatever you skip stays neutral.

A demonstration, not the app, and nothing here is saved. Wellness insight, not medical advice. Check with a professional for anything health-related.
Five states, named rather than scored: Flat, Foggy, Steady, Charged, Manic. A check-in takes a couple of taps, and it's the one thing BALAY asks of you. Everything else follows from it.
This is the real check-in from the app, running here on the page. Have a go. Nothing is saved.
On a foggy afternoon you see the foggy-afternoon jobs. The heavy ones wait, quietly, until there's something to do them with.
Sumi is the calm voice inside BALAY, there when you want it and quiet when you don't. Over time it holds your check-ins and the challenges you've named, so you're not explaining yourself from scratch every time.
Press and drag Sumi
Your day gets a number out of 100 that rises as you bank small wins. On a flat day, resting is the thing that lifts it most. Nothing you skip is held against you, and tomorrow starts clean.

More about thisRepeating intentions with the pressure taken out. A skipped day stays neutral.
More about thisA blank page for everything in your head, so you can put it down somewhere.
More about thisA small set of guided exercises for when the day is loud inside your head.
More about thisWhat your check-ins add up to, once there are enough of them.
More about thisOptional context from sleep, steps, exercise, and heart rate variability.
More about thisBALAY is a wellness app. It doesn't diagnose anything and it doesn't treat anything, and we say so plainly rather than hiding it in a footer. What it does is take what's published about how adults with ADHD actually have good days, and build that into the product.
Read what the research saysYour data is yours. BALAY doesn't sell it or use it for advertising, and nothing goes to anyone else unless you switch that on. Data is held in the EU. You can export everything BALAY holds in one file, and delete your account in a single action.

A daily companion for adults with ADHD that plans around the energy you actually have, rather than the capacity a generic planner assumes.
A normal to-do list sorts by date. BALAY sorts by the energy a task takes, and asks you how you are before it decides what to show you.
No diagnosis needed. BALAY is designed for ADHD brains, and plenty of people who use it are self-identified or waiting on an assessment. Nothing asks you to prove anything.
No wearable needed. Everything works on what you log in the app. Connecting Apple Health adds context from sleep, steps, exercise, and heart rate variability if you want it, and you can turn it off again at any point.
Your score only ever rises during the day. Skipping something never subtracts, it simply doesn’t add. Tomorrow starts fresh.
Because on a low-energy day, rest is the action that matches. Research suggests people with ADHD do their best work when activity fits their current energy, so when your energy is low, looking after yourself counts for more than pushing through.
Your feeling is the truth. The score reflects what was logged, and it never overrides your own read on your day.
The conversational companion inside BALAY. Sumi is an AI companion, not a clinician, and holds what you’ve shared before, so conversations build rather than reset.
Notifications are deliberately sparse, and there’s a single switch to turn them off entirely.
It stays yours. There’s no advertising in BALAY and nothing is sold on. Everything is held in the EU, and you can export or delete it whenever you like.
BALAY is a wellness app, not a medical one. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, or measure any condition. For anything health-related, please speak to a professional.
Not yet. BALAY is on iPhone, iOS 17 and later.
Energy check-ins, your daily score, My Day, habits, brain dump and breathing. The limit is two active tasks at a time.
Flat, Foggy, Steady, Charged and Manic. Named rather than numbered, because a number invites you to score yourself and a name invites you to recognise yourself. A check-in is two taps.
Two things. Sumi conversations: up to 20 a day on Essential, up to 50 on Ultimate. And iPhone widgets, which are Ultimate only. Everything else is the same on both, including unlimited tasks, the full score breakdown, Sumi task breakdown and Apple Health insights.
Through Apple, at any time: Settings on your iPhone, then your name, then Subscriptions, then BALAY.
That's the whole first step. The rest can wait until it's useful.
We read everything that comes in, and we'll come back to you.
