Terms of use
These cover the BALAY website. The app has its own terms of service, which you agree to when you install it.
What this site is
It describes BALAY, an iOS app, and tells you what is in each plan. It is information, not the product.
Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
The information here
We keep it accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is free of mistakes. Features change, and a page can fall behind.
Prices shown are for the United Kingdom. The App Store or Google Play shows the price for your region and handles the billing, and it is always the authoritative figure.
This is not health advice
BALAY is a wellness app and is not a medical service. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and nothing on this site should be read as clinical advice.
If something here raises a clinical concern, please speak to your GP or specialist.
What belongs to whom
The design, words, images and code on this site belong to BALAY, apart from anything credited otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own use.
Republishing the content as your own, or using the name or the look of BALAY to suggest a connection that does not exist, is not allowed.
Links out
Where we link somewhere else, such as the App Store or Google Play, that site has its own terms and we are not responsible for what it does.
Availability
We try to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it. It may be unavailable while we change something, and we may change or remove pages without notice.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from being unable to use it.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the foot of this page tells you when they last did.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
